Why take the NAD+ test?
With our test, you can obtain accurate and reliable laboratory results on the intracellular energy status of your mitochondria and optimize your energy levels, cognitive function, and sleep quality.
Understanding and optimizing NAD+ levels
Making an informed decision about supplementation
Whether you have incorporated oral or intravenous supplementation, this test allows you to track your intracellular NAD+ levels and adjust your supplementation in a precise and intelligent manner.
Protecting yourself from oxidative stress
Optimizing energy levels and cognitive function
Improve your sleep quality
Step-by-step process
Order the kit online
Go to the page dedicated to the Yuboost NAD⁺ test. Add the product to your cart, then proceed to checkout. The price is 199 CHF, including shipping.
Performing the blood draw
Once you receive the kit, follow the instructions provided to collect the blood sample using the device included. It is recommended that you collect the sample in the morning, on an empty stomach. Then, return the sample to the laboratory using the prepaid envelope provided.
Laboratory analysis
The samples are sent to an approved partner laboratory, which analyzes your intracellular NAD+ levels as well as the three minerals essential for NAD+ production.
Report & recommendations
The results will be available within 14 business days after receipt of the sample. If a deficiency in NAD+ or one of the three minerals is detected, our doctors will advise you on the most appropriate supplementation.
NAD+ IV support at home (optional)
In some cases, our doctors may recommend an NAD+ infusion. This will be administered by a qualified nurse at your home, in accordance with current regulations and protocols.
What is included in the NAD+ assessment?
-
Intracellular NAD+ levels & 3 essential minerals
-
At-home testing kit
-

The benefits of NAD+:
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential for the proper functioning of your cells, particularly for energy production, DNA repair, and the regulation of aging. With age or a stressful lifestyle, its levels decrease, impacting your overall vitality.
Decreased NAD levels can lead to:
Fatigue and weakness
Decreased energy metabolism and cellular function
Sleep disorders with disruption of the circadian rhythm
Decreased physical performance
Hair and skin problems
Increased oxidative stress and inflammation

What is NAD+?
What are the signs of low NAD⁺ levels?
Quels sont les avantages potentiels de l’optimisation des niveaux de NAD⁺ ?
The benefits of taking an NAD⁺ longevity test are to check whether your NAD⁺ levels are within the ideal range or whether you need to take measures such as adjusting your exercise and/or diet or taking supplements. If you are already taking NAD⁺ supplements or other products, a test can help you determine their effectiveness and help you decide whether you need to adjust the product or dosage to improve NAD⁺ optimization.
Our NAD⁺ longevity test also includes analysis of three key minerals: magnesium, selenium, and zinc. These minerals are necessary for the proper functioning of several processes, including DNA production, immune function, antioxidant defense, optimal nerve transmission, blood pressure and blood sugar regulation, thyroid homeostasis, and skin health.
How often should I test my NAD⁺ levels?
Supplements can take 2 to 4 weeks to increase your NAD⁺ levels. We recommend that you take an NAD⁺ test before starting an NAD⁺ optimization plan, then another test after one month to confirm that your supplementation is effective.
Once your NAD⁺ levels are optimized, you only need to be tested 2 to 3 times a year. However, if your health status changes significantly or if you change the types and doses of NAD⁺ products, supplements, medications, or lifestyle, you may need to adjust the frequency of testing.
Do I need to fast before the test?
Although you do not need to fast before the test, we recommend that you always perform the test under the same conditions in order to compare the values.
We therefore recommend that you always perform the test in the morning on an empty stomach.
How to take the test?
How long does it take to get the test results?
Once our laboratory receives your sample, you will be notified by email and your results will be available within 14 days.
